The Southtown Star today quoted Martin Dolan in the story of a Riverdale man who died March 10 in Midlothian after fighting police following a traffic stop. The Midlothian Police Department’s official report did not mention that a Taser stun gun was used on the man during the encounter. Martin Dolan was not surprised about the omission, noting that the department may have gotten advice from an attorney not to include the Taser’s use in the report.
